Gratefulness is what Innerlicious is all about, any given day of the year. 

It is such a special energy.

Psychology professor Robert Emmons (Berkeley University) has done a lot of research into this. If we practice Gratitude daily, we are becoming healthier, smarter and more balanced. Focus your attention for only 20 seconds every day on what you are grateful for, and you will become more alert, optimistic and happier.

Wow.

Gratitude is an act of surrender. To something, I call the Universe (but you can call it whatever you like). Finding a connection with the bigger picture that's out there for you. With the creative power that made everything and everyone. It is in this connection where your life purpose is hidden and where you discover your unique talents to fulfil your life purpose.
